Refund & Return Policy

At Apiqo , we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Please note that personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Earrings or piercing jewelry
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.
